Plus side - lots of features including bluetooth connectivity with phone, and mp3 player through fm radio station. Can add memory with sd card. Built in memory is already full with us maps, to add maps you have to add a SD card. Down side - somewhat complicated to get maps onto the sd card and get everything working. However, I downloaded Ireland maps (about $60)and it was fantastic help in negotiating small poorly marked Irish roads. I recommend this product.
