TomTom GO 720 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator
This is the first time I bought a product from Amazon that I was disappointed with. When I got it I noticed it did not have the latest map version. So I called Tom Tom and they confirmed it...it was actually a few versions old. They (Tom Tom) said if I bought the item recently and I faxed them the receipt that they would send me the latest map version for free. Now as of right now I still do not have the latest version in hand and if I don't get it for some reason I am sending the product back to Amazon and/or requesting the latest map version for free. Now the description did not say "latest" map version, but I would assume if you are buying a new product it should have the latest version of the maps on it. I'm very disappointed...
Otherwise the product, after a few technical tweeks after talking to the Tom Tom tech, works really well...accept of course it doesn't get us to where we're going because of the old maps :) But it has some cool features like bluetooth and it can play your music or reroute you if there's traffic.
