I would give this a negative star rating if it was offered because of the time and effort trying to get two of these units to work. I bought the Tom Tom 720 through Amazon because it appeared to be a quality unit and at a significantly reduced price. The unit did not work. It would turn on; but would not access the navigation screen. I reset the unit several times and this did not help at all. I returned this defective unit to Amazon for a replacement. Amazon very quickly sent a replacement which worked slightly better...the navigation screen came on and the unit appeared to work. A few hours later I turned the unit on and could not access the navigation screen. I reset the unit several times and it would not work. After 2 tries with Tom Tom and the exact same problem with both units I'm giving up on this brand.
