TomTom GO 720 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator Before I ordered my 720. I tried one out in a store. I was attracted to the fact in could input destinations by voice. When I received my 720, I couldn't get voice input to work. Some of the documentation on the web site said it had voice input and some didn't mention it so I got in touch with customer support. They told me it did not have and would never have voice input and I was out of luck. It appears that the early release of software had voice support but it was removed in the US. I think it is available in Europe. They probably want people to buy the new Go730 for a lot more money for the voice imput.
