The Tom Tom 720 device is everything I expected but the Home software is full of problems. The software does not match the device menus. Therefore the iternary planning feature on the device can not be utilized via the software. After the last update of the Home software, I can not update the device via the Home software. I have contacted Tom Tom support and they admit that there are problems that will be fixed in the future, but I have not seen evidence of this.
