ok, this is a great GPS. simple to use, easy interface, easy upgrades, etc. THE CRAP, however, is that this is touted as 'future proof' and just isn't, not for me anyway. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a phone company shouting about smartphones, and yet this GPS doesn't support the TREO line of smartphones. WHat??? How can you NOT make this connection, I don't know. The call I made to customer support, they simply said that THEY did not support the TREO.
