These units are refurbished by a third party, when it arrived none of the maps where downloaded for the 1st 48 states in the USA, this was a problem living in Indiana. After spending more then a hour with customer service I had to mail it back to the company at my expense ( even though their is a 90 day warranty)to download the correct maps. I received it back about 10 days later and it is working fine so far. After this I would think twice before buying a "Factory Refurbished" anything again.
