Buying Kenwood P-NAV514 Video/Navigation Pack with KVT-514 and KNA-G510

I wanted all of the features this piece could offer me. My choice was to either buy a lot of separate pieces with cords going everywhere, or buy this Kenwood piece that fits into my single DIN opening. I'm glad I made the choice I did. This is a great head unit. The Garmin GPS is awesome. Love it. I expect this head unit and GPS to last me a long time.

Things to consider:
You really need some previous experience in installing car stereo equipment and a good understanding of how it all goes together. Since I got every option except the sat. radio, there was a lot to hook up.

The menu structure is not that intuitive. There are things spread throughout all of the menus. Seems like they could do a better job of organizing it, but it is all there if you take time to find it.

Buy the remote. It will save you some headaches.

Use the car audio forums to get your vehicle wiring code, but be prepared for it to not match exactly. Grab a meter and get to testing first. No need to blow out an airbag.Get more detail about Kenwood P-NAV514 Video/Navigation Pack with KVT-514 and KNA-G510.
