I have had a problem where the unit freezes on the "Loading..." screen and there is nothing you can do about it. Reset does nothing. Power switch does nothing. I searched the Internet and MANY people have had this exact problem and Nextar's support is either horrible or shut down. Some have gone through several returns and replacements only to experience the same thing. Beware. Do not buy this product.
