I bought this unit in July 09, expecting it has the most recent map update, after getting lost due to its terrible directions, I discovered that it has an older map version.
I called the company, after being on hold many minutes and being passed around; I was told that I had to purchase the 09 map update. I told them how ridicilous this sounded, since I purchased the unit in 09 and that rightfully expect that the unit should have new maps; they curtly said this is their policy, and that was that...
