One or more vendors are shipping an item very different than what is pictured here. I ordered mine through a company called, "ShopCell" and they sent me a GPS platform probably just like the one buckaroo (previous reviewer) received. I'm still waiting on a response from the vendor as to what course of action they intend to take to remedy the situation. The GPS platform is totally different than what is pictured here; it is simply a round device that sits in the cup holder with a flat round surface with the purpose of attaching a (user provided) suction cup GPS or other vacuum mount. No cell phone or iPod cradle included; no goose-neck; just a vacuum mounting platform that wedges in the cup holder.
