I bought my Navigon a little over a year ago. Its performance has been mixed, in line with much of the reviews here, but I've generally been happy with it.
However, I can unequivocally state that you should NOT buy this product. Navigon has abruptly left the North American market, leaving customers, even those who purchased a device and map updates within the year, almost completely without support.
