The camera is good. When I tried to install it on my Odyssey, I found it's more difficult than I've imagined to get the wire through. Also I realized I seldom use the backup camera, buying a good camera is "over-kill". So I decided to return the product. Return is easily, absolutely no hassle. I used the prepaid option -- just print out and stick the UPS label on the box and drop off at a local UPS office. Several days later I received the full refund (minus the postal fee, of course).
