I guess i am the first reviewer. Make sure to back up your GPS before updating, cos you will loose your TTS after updating it.Also this model does not give you Written Instruction after entered the destinations(Something likes turn left in 20ft, and then turn right in 40ft) and the POI sucks, it will only provide the phone number and location on the map. The reason i give this GPS 3 stars because it has big screen and quick response .Get more detail about TomTom XXL 550 5-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator.
