All the reviews about this item are spot on. Easy to attach to my 305 and WAY more comfortable than the rubber strap that comes standard with the unit. The holes on the rubber strap were just off for me. One notch to tight or one notch to loose. The velcro strap can be adusted to exactly the level of comfort you desire. The charging cradle fits easily under the gps without removing the strap and as a small added bonus, the strap has reflective strips for dark runs. Ok, they are VERY small reflective strips but hey, every bit helps.
