Cons : Poor Web Interface, Unreliable Performance, Difficult Menus
I had to return the first unit as it removed the maps instead of updating them once I connected through my computer to TomTom. The second unit updated the maps correctly (It took over 4 hours with DSL.) but stopped connecting to my bluetooth capable phone after only one day.
