The case was larger than I expected it to be. I find the Garmin 255w slides around inside, but the interior stretch mesh pocket holds the GPS more securely. With all of the extra space inside I can fit a Nikon S51 along with my Garmin which are both around 0.8 inches thick. Overall this case is protective but clunky, good for trips to keep you're gps and cell or camera safe.
