It's my first GPS - it was easy to figure it out and set up.
I love the hardware.
But if you want updates over the internet the support site sucks. They offer a free update to the map; however, to download it will take nearly 8 hours.
And the add-in to Internet Explorer has a real difficult time identifying the product. I have been sitting here now for 45 minutes and it still hasn't been able to see it.
