Very well constructed, all parts are included, but you need to have some mechanical inclination to put it together as there are no hints or help. What bugs is removing the GPSr from the mount is difficult, requires two hands and somewhere along the line, one gets the feeling that the plastic is gonna snap. I use and remove GPSr frequently for geocaching purposes, so it's especially irritating.
