The 400T is for T terrain 400i I inland lakes. The details on the lakes are sketchy but its covering the whole US. So a lot of lakes won't show the topo but living in MN i know it at least shows all the creeks ponds and lakes and has them named. But if you plan to troll the coast by using this unit as your guide.
