It is not as updated as necessary for full use, but its a great way to get started. AmazonBasics Universal Travel Case for Small Electronics and Accessories (cameras, mobile phones, GPS units) (Black) Review

This is a great case. I waited for a while for it and I'm not disappointed.

First of all, it was a tad larger than I thought it would be. That's not a bad thing though. There's plenty of room to fit all my gadgets when I'm on the go. On the outside is a nice amazon logo on the front. The zippers are made of rubber and has a colored logo. Also, the zippers zip really well. They don't get stuck while zipping.

On the inside left side is one big net that can fit assorted items. On the top right is a smaller net. This can hold a cell phone, camera, or gaming device like a Nintendo DS. This net isn't stitched to back, so it can pull forward to make more room if you are storing something large in the back of the case.

On the bottom left is a flippable divider. It has a couple zippered pockets perfect for holding games, memory cards, flash drives, credit cards, etc. Behind it is another net that can hold a camera, iPod, or something of similar size. This net can be closed with a piece of velcro stitched into the seam. My only concern with this is that the "hook" part of the velcro can scratch something delicate while inserting or removing it from the net. Also, the entire divider is longer than the case. As a result, the divider has to be creased inward to make the zipper zip. Even then, while zipped you can still see a slight bulge in the zipper where that divider is pushing. This isn't a major problem for me though.

Overall, this is a great case. My only other concern is with the longevity. On the left side, the orange cloth on the back is a piece of cloth wrapped around a piece of cardboard and glued to the case. On my case, this cloth had some slack in it. In addition, the cardboard wasn't glued down flush, so the bottom end of the cardboard is out further than the top end. I can actually see a bit of the cardboard through this. I'm not sure if all the cases are like this, or if it's only mine. However, that was a spoiler for me. If a piece of cardboard couldn't survive shipping, then will it survive everyday use?

Overall this case is great. However I could only give it four stars because of that cardboard. Hopefully they tighten the fabric and use better glue in the future to fix it.

I've been using this charger for about a week now, and it has been working great. It's not a so called 'fast' charger, and I haven't really timed it, but so far it's taking about 3 hours to charge my TomTom XL 340-S. That's plenty fast enough for me, and it keeps me from having the GPS and its USB cord from getting in the way around my computer. Heh... Which means I'm also not constantly tripping over the cord.

At $1.99 this charger is a steal, especially when you compare it to the price of other GPS home chargers sold here on Amazon.

My old GPS no longer got a reliable signal and I needed to upgrade. In looking for a new one I mostly wanted one that would allow for paper-less caching and that was easy to use. The Oregon 450t definitely fits the bill.

Downloading coordinates is easy on the geocaching website...just hit "send to GPS" and the coordinates, cache name, and size are sent to the unit. With an upgrade to the paid membership ($30/year) you can also get the full description, recent logs, the hint, and any other relevant coordinates for that cache (such as parking areas or trail heads, marked with their own unique symbols). This has made it very easy to grab the GPS and go without having to print out or keep track of printed papers.

The GPS doesn't come with a manual but one can be downloaded from the Garmin website. So far I have not looked at it and have been able to figure things out just fine. There doesn't seem to be a lot of bounce under heavy tree cover and the touchscreen is a nice feature. One thing I have noticed is that the batteries don't seem to last too long (maybe 8 hours) but that could be my older rechargeables and not the unit.

I bought this GPS to replace a less expensive Sony GPS that I accidentally broke. I decided to "splurge" and buy the Garmiin nuvi 760, thinking between the cost and great reviews I had read, that I would be in love with it. Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth! I dread having to use it since it takes me through absolutely unnecessary 'detours' (it will often have me get off an exit only to put me right back on the same highway I had just been on) and seems to take the most protracted, convoluted path to the desired destination (and yes I've adjusted the settings, it doesn't change it). It also takes quite a while to load the maps. Oh, and if you want/need to change the route you're on, it can take up to a minute for it to 'recalculate'. The one positive I will give it, is it stays on, and continues to guide inside of Boston tunnels, which is great.
